Daniel Neal
Daniel is the owner and principal consultant of DDN Management Solutions, providing management system development, implementation, and consulting services for ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO/IEC 17025. Daniel has 35 plus years of experience and extensive knowledge in heat treating, mechanical design, mechanical & metallurgical testing, nondestructive examination, calibration, dimensional inspection and quality management systems. He has worked for GE Aerospace, BFM Aerospace, Erie Bolt Corporation and Lord Corporation – Aerospace Products Division, attaining positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career including Director of Quality Assurance and Technical Services, Quality Program Manager, Project Design Engineer and Lead Process Engineer. He holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University, has attained certification from the American Society of Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) as a Certified QMS and Aerospace Auditor. In addition, Daniel has been actively involved with ASTM F16 committee on Fasteners and A2LA as member of Technical Advisory Committees including the Accreditation Council. He is currently actively involved with the Accreditation Council for ANAB and is an ANAB Lead Assessor. He has served as a consultant since 1998, providing training, mentoring and coaching for ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO/IEC 17025. He has conducted well over 500 assessments to the above requirements as a Lead Auditor for Bureau Veritas Certification North America, Advantage International Registrar, and ANAB.
Renate Neal
Renate’s professional background began in education, with a bachelor’s degree from Gannon University and ten years experience in the field, first as a teacher and then in management as an Operations Director. Throughout her time as a Director, she gained experience developing procedures, conducting audits to educational standards, and successfully maintaining a management system for schools. She has worked with DDN Management Solutions in assisting with the development of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and AS9100 management systems for laboratories, aviation, and general industry. She has participated in the internal auditing of educational, laboratory, aviation, and general industry organizations and currently holds a lead auditor certification through BSI. Renate is an associate consultant for DDN Management Solutions and an ISO 9001 lead auditor for Bureau Veritas Certification North America and Advantage International Registrar.
